Waypoint cabinets are offered in the two most popular species, maple and cherry. Both work beautifully with American Woodmark's premium stains, paints and glazes.

• 700 Series - Full Overlay Specialty Door - Solid wood doors in either chery or maple are the basis of any classic kitchen. The high end 700 Series, which includes Mitered door contruction allows you to eaily fulfil your vision.
• 600 Series - Full Overlay Solid Door - The 600 series has been referred to as the most versatile of Waypoint solid door styles. Careful pairings with finishes and species can evoke any number of looks.
• 500 Series - Standard Overlay Solid Door - The 500 Series makes an excellent foundation for a traditional kitchen with its cathedral or square standard overlay solid doors and exposed frame.
• 400 Series - Full Overlay Veneer Door - The 400 Series has door styles in cherry and maple veneer construction. This is the most affordable series, but requires no compromise in construction or range of choices.

Waypoint employs a multi-step finishing process using premium AkzoNoble finishes on its cabinetry. Whether stained, painted, or glazed, the finishing systems on the product are designed to ensure the beauty and durability of your cabinetry.

State-of-the-art equipment allows precise sanding, filling and finish coverage of each of the products. The premium glaze finishes seep into door's recesses and corners to heighten contrast and enhance the beauty of the wood. Doors with glazes receive the Waypoint hand-wiping process, which coaxes out the individuality of the wood.

Beyond aesthetics, the Waypoint resilient finishing systems protect doors and frames from spills and scratches, as they resist fading and moisture. To ensure durability and preserve beauty, Waypoint tests its cabinetry against foods and liquids one might find in a typical kitchen; as well as extremes in heat, cold and humidity to meet or exceed Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association (KCMA) finish testing standards.

Your new cabinetry will retain its good looks through years of smudgy little handprints and repeated cleaning. Every component of a Waypoint cabinet is constructed to exacting specifications and is built to gracefully endure life's torture tests.

Cabinet joints benefit from pressure fitted, glued, double-doweled and stapled construction.

Kiln-dried face frames made with 3/4" inch by 1 5/8" solid hardwood will not warp.

Cabinets are made with 1/2" plywood sides with veneered exteriors and 1/2" furniture board tops and bottoms as standard construction.
